SUPPORT
One inbox, read by a person who has run days like yours. If you are close to an event and something is wrong, say so in the subject line — that gets read first.
01WRITE TO US
We answer within one working day, and faster when an event is close. It helps enormously if you include the name of the event and roughly when it is — that is usually enough for us to find the problem without a second email.
If you are running a day right now and something is broken, put the date in the subject. We would rather be interrupted than have you improvising at a venue.
02A VENDOR SAYS THEIR LINK DOESN’T WORK
Each person’s link is theirs alone and cannot be forwarded to a colleague — that is deliberate, because a link is a sign-in. If they have passed it to someone else, send that person their own from the team list.
If the link opens and then says the day is not theirs, they are almost certainly on an event that has since been deleted, or they were removed from the team. Re-adding them issues a fresh link; the old one stops working the moment you revoke it.
03SOMEBODY DIDN’T GET THEIR INVITATION
Invitation emails go out the moment you add someone with an address, and they are free — they are not part of what you pay for. Check the address for a typo first; after that, spam. Corporate mail filters are the usual culprit with venue and hotel addresses.
You do not have to wait for the email. Every person on the team list has a share button that hands their link straight to Messages, WhatsApp or anything else on your phone.
04I PAID AND THE EVENT DIDN’T ACTIVATE
The purchase is not lost. Activation happens when your receipt reaches our server, and if that fails — a tunnel, a dropped connection — the receipt is kept on your device and sent again next time you open the app. Opening it once on a good connection is usually the whole fix.
If it still shows as unpaid an hour later, write to us with the date of the purchase. We can see the transaction and activate it by hand.
05WHAT I BOUGHT, AND WHAT I DIDN’T
There is no subscription. One purchase activates one event, permanently, and nothing renews. Building a run of show by hand is free and always will be — what you pay for is sending to real people and having AI read a schedule you already have.
Prepaid events bought as a pack sit on your account until you spend them. They do not expire. If you buy ten and use three, the other seven are still there next season.
Refunds for anything bought in the app are handled by Apple, not by us — reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no way to refund an App Store purchase ourselves, though we are glad to help you work out what happened.
06CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
In the app: the menu in the top corner, then SETTINGS, then DELETE ACCOUNT. On the web it is under SETTINGS in the same menu. It removes your account and every event you run — cues, team and all — and it cannot be undone.
If you want a copy of your data before you go, ask and we will send it. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
07ACCESSIBILITY
The app supports VoiceOver and Dynamic Type throughout. If you hit something that does not work with an assistive technology you rely on, please tell us — that is a bug with the same standing as any other, and we would rather hear about it than not.
